The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof (van-type trailers) from Mexico are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
